If you are from New York you may enjoy following a 23-year-old female who moved to NYC from a small town in North Florida (Lawtey). Or, if you moved to NYC when approaching adulthood, like myself, you may find some of my experiences recognizable.
It makes no difference if you are a friend or family member following my everyday life, because I often fall off the radar, following for the laughable entertainment that consumes my life, or for some insight into the way I see this tiny little island called Manhattan…. My blog is going to be an open journal of the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that I have during this transition. Welcome, enjoy and write back!
Chapter 2:
New Yorker moved to Paris, France.  Still not and will probably never be a Parisian but enjoying the hell out of baguettes, cheese, wine and this picturesque city. Let the life adventure continue!

Hey cuz – I came across a picture of you and me (you were 2) the other day. I am so proud to see that you are living out these adventures. I will tune in and live vicariously through you – I can’t wait to see what you get into next. Sending you much love and luck!

TAY! I MISS YOU and was thinking about your crazy ass the other day 🙂 You alone brought so many laughs and amazing memories to my first days in college! I will keep up with you and read your blog…while creating one of my own one of these days.
Love you and don’t let those city girls push you around! I am sure you are doing amazing and HAVE FUN because if there has ever been someone who could honestly say “the world is my oyster”….its YOU!
    Your FSU CARE sister,

    1. It’s funny how often I think of you. You girls were the foundation of my transition to Tallahassee. You were the Mama Vega to a little small town girl that slept through her classes 🙂

PS- “the world is my oyster” may become my blog name- I love that. Keep give you shout out credits.
